Shipping Policy
- We ship most orders within 48 hours of receipt. Express and Next Day orders are given priority. Orders to New England and the Mid-Atlantic states usually take two to three days. Orders to the rest of the East take three to five days, and orders to the western part of the country take four to six days. International orders can take up to two weeks.
- We do not back-order merchandise, except for Flight Cases, Osmun mouthpieces, and items that we expect to have available within two weeks. We will cancel items not in stock and ship the balance of your order.
- We ship most orders via UPS or Priority Mail. We will select the shipper that offers the best combination of speed, safety, and convenience. International orders are shipped by UPS Worldwide Expedited or by International Priority Mail.
- UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. Please include your full shipping address.
- UPS does not deliver to APO boxes.
- All orders are fully insured. Instruments are shipped via standard UPS or Three Day Select with signature required.
- Shipping charges are based on the value of your order and are automatically calculated.
- If you have any special shipping requirements please note them on the order form and we will contact you.
- If you receive a damaged shipment please contact the carrier and us. In the case of major damage the carrier will want to inspect the merchandise. Please be sure to save all the packing materials.
Certain large items such as cases, music stands, etc. require additional shipping because of their size. We will contact you before any extra charges are applied to your card.
