Our mouthpieces are, we believe, the finest available. Time-tested designs and precision CNC machining combine to produce mouthpieces of exceptional quality and consistancy. We make only two-piece mouthpieces. Our standard mouthpieces use a 750-36 thread and a .100" rim height for compatibility with Giardinelli, Moosewood, and others. We also make a Metric range, 800-36 threads, .125" rim height, and 17.5mm ID, for compatibility with the Halstead-Chidell range.

Our goal was to produce a logical line of mouthpieces that allow a player to change one parameter at a time in a controlled manner to obtain the desired results.

All Osmun cups and rims are interchangeable within the same size. Pick a standard cup with a standard rim, wide cup with wide rim, Metric cup with Metric rim, they all fit. Standard, wide, and Metric cups and rims are sold individually. Replica Series mouthpieces are sold as complete mouthpices only.

Please choose one of the following sub-categories:

	Cups Each model number represents a specific cup contour. Each contour is available in three different inside diameters, Standard, Wide, and Metric, and a variety of bore sizes. (The metric cups have their own separate model numbers.) Any of our stock cups can be used with any rim as long as the inside diameters are the same, eg. CH cup with V1 rim, NYW cup with LW rim. Bore sizes and options not listed, such as Euro spec shanks, are available on special order and normally add three-to-four weeks to the delivery time. Use the Notes: field to specify options and unlisted bore sizes.
	Rims Our rims come in three inner diameters: Standard, .650"ID, Wide, .675"ID, and Metric, 17.5 mm ID. They fit the corresponding cups and are completely interchangeable within the same diameter. So, you can use a London rim on a Vienna cup or a Chicago rim on a New York cup. (Don't use a London Wide rim on a London standard cup.) Our "+" series rims fit standard cups but provide an inner diameter on the lip that is mid-way between standard and wide. The standard finish is 24K gold plate. We can also supply rims in silver plate or in delrin. Rims are $85 in gold plate or $75 in silver plate or delrin.
	Replica Mouthpieces Replica series mouthpieces are faithful copies, inside and out, of mouthpieces with historical significance. We preserve as much original detail as possible while still preserving modern functionality. All our replicas are two-piece mouthpieces with standard 750-36 threads and .100 rim height. Cups and rims are interchangeable with the rest of our line but, since replica components do not necessarily conform to our ID standards, the inside edges may not be a perfect fit. We do make rims in our standard format with replica contours: the inner diameter at the joint is adjusted to fit our regular range. (OHM5BNR replica of Conn 5BN shown here.)
