B-stock

A professional-grade single Bb horn with a tighter wrap to allow younger players (and anyone with a shorter stature) to hold the instrument properly to develop good right hand position. The playing qualities and mechanical construction of this instrument are the same as in all Finke horns. An optional set of F slides allows the horn to play equally well in F. A case is included.

This horn was damaged in shipping. The damage (to the bell under the mouthpipe brace) has been repaired but, during the buffing and polishing process, some of the definition of the bell engraving has been lost. There are also a couple of minor ripples where the bell was held on a polishing mandrel.

Hans Hoyer 3700 Single F French Horn. B-Stock.

This horn, which is not regularly sold in the United States, is a 3/4 single horn in lacquered yellow brass. It has both an adjustable finger hook and hand rest. Has a gold brass leadpipe. Case included. Has small scar on the bell where a bell crease was repaired. Normally sells for $2000.00 on special order.

This is a B-Stock Engelbert Schmid Bell Flare. It is a Extra Wide, lacquered, yellow brass flare with garland(kranz). This has been a store model that has a tiny bit of lacquer spots around the garland. This bell has been marked down 20%. Normal cost would be $1395.00.
